We offer a range of uniquely coded digital templates for you to choose from. Once you purchase your favourite design, you’ll receive a customisation link and form via email to bring your creation to life!

When you’re in, simply:

• Fill out all the fields
• Customise your colours
• Add your special messages/photos/videos
• Upload your photos, videos, and music

In just a few clicks, your interactive digital gift will come together. It'll be personal, playful, and completely unique to you!

Don’t worry! Your customisation link is sent automatically by email shortly after checkout, but there are a few common reasons it might not show up straight away.

First, check these quick things:

• Check your spam or junk folder (this is the most common one!)
• Search your inbox for “Remerie”
• Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout
  

If you still can’t find it:

• Payment can sometimes take a few minutes to fully process - give it up to 10 minutes
• If you used Shop Pay / Apple Pay, the email may be sent to the email linked to that account
  

Still nothing after 10 minutes?

No stress - just reach out to us with:

• Your order number
• The email you used at checkout
  

We’ll resend your link straight away so you can start creating your gift ✨

💡 Tip: Once you receive your link, save it or bookmark it so you can come back anytime before you finish customising.

You’ll be able to preview your remerie in full before you finish customising. Once it’s submitted, you will have 24 hours to make any additional edits before editing is locked, so make sure you’re happy with every detail before confirming!

Your remerie is private between you and the person you send it to. Only someone with the unique link can open it, so unless you choose to share that link, it remains as your cute little secret.
