Return and Refund Policy

At Remerie, we create personalised digital keepsakes and interactive templates designed to be meaningful and one-of-a-kind.

Because our products are digital and personalised, returns are not possible in the traditional sense once a purchase has been completed.


Refunds

We want you to have a positive experience with your Remerie keepsake.

Refunds or partial refunds may be offered in limited circumstances, including:

  • A technical issue that prevents the template from functioning as intended

  • An accidental duplicate purchase caused by a system error

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at shop@remerie.io and include:

  • Your order number

  • The template link or relevant details

  • A clear explanation of the issue

We will review your request and may offer, where appropriate:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement template

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Errors made by the purchaser when uploading content or customising a template

  • Choosing not to send, share, or use a purchased template


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, is not as described, or does not function as intended, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
